3. Payments & Billing
- Fees are listed on our pricing page or in a written proposal/invoice.
- Unless otherwise stated, payments are due in advance of service delivery.
- Late payments may pause work until the account is current.
4. Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the service type and the amount of work already completed. Unless otherwise stated in writing:
- Setup fees (audits, strategy documents, initial optimization) are generally non-refundable once delivered.
- Monthly services may be canceled for future periods, but completed work is not refundable.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Podcast Growth Agency will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability for any claim related to services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the services in the period giving rise to the claim (or as otherwise required by law).

Either party may terminate ongoing services by providing written notice, subject to any minimum term in your package. Upon termination, you remain responsible for fees due for work already completed.
